This beautiful sandy beach is situated on the Mar Menor in front of the small
village of Lo Pagan. The sandy beach shelves very gently into the sea making it
perfectly safe for children to play in the calm waters. It is a popular
destination for the locals as well as the tourists and has small bars dotted
along it where you can sit out and enjoy the sunshine whilst having a drink in
the sun. There are a number of shops along the road behind the beach selling drinks, ice cream as well as beach wear. There is a walkway that begins at Lo Pagan and stretches almost to La Manga out in to the Mar Menor. This flat paved walway make for a perfect evening stroll, with the Therapeutic pools with their Flamingo population on one side and the tranquil waters of the Mar Menor on the other. |

| The Beach at El Mojon is a long sandy stretch of Mediteranean coast, reached either through the small town of El Mojon or across the Las Salinas nature reserve and it's Sand Dunes. The beach has facilities and shops at the El Mojon end of it and is blissfully quiet the further along it you go. This is the most northerly beach on the Costa Calida. |
